Bund Hackathon AI Coding Contest Sets Guinness World Record with 15,577 Apps; 11 Platforms Jointly Release the AI Coding Public Challenge Technical Specification
At the Bund Conference on September 9, the Inclusion Conference Organizing Committee’s Bund Hackathon AI Coding Contest was certified by Guinness World Records for 15,577 AI applications, a record for the most apps developed in an online generative AI programming marathon. Nearly 70% of the more than 10,000 participants were under 18; the youngest was 6 and the champion was 9.
During the awards, 11 platforms — Ant Lingguang, Baidu Miaoda, Alibaba Qoder, Miaowu, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Bailian), Tencent Toast, ByteDance Coze, SenseTime Raccoon and 360 Nano — jointly released China’s first AI Coding Public Challenge Technical Specification. It sets shared criteria for application development, originality and completeness.
