UniVista releases China's first 3D chip physical design tool UniVista 3DIC Designer
At the 2026 IDAS Design Automation Industry Summit, UniVista released UniVista 3DIC Designer, a 3D chip physical design tool targeting domestic advanced process nodes. The company says it is the first commercial-grade 3DIC physical design tool in China and supports logic folding and Tao's law technology routes. UniVista also released UniVista NodeClosure, an advanced-node convergence tool, and outlined an Agentic EDA strategy.
