Zeno Robotics releases Zeno-1, the world's first collaborative embodied intelligence foundation model

Zeno Robotics has released Zeno-1, a 3B-parameter collaborative embodied intelligence foundation model. The company describes it as the world’s first such model, with decentralized multi-robot closed-loop collaboration and visual-motor reasoning at 30Hz. Training proceeds in four stages: video pretraining, single-robot embodied training, closed-loop partner interaction (CPI), and collaborative failure correction. According to Zeno Robotics, this lets multiple robots autonomously develop cooperative behaviors. The announcement did not specify whether Zeno-1 is already deployed commercially or remains in pilot.
