CMSemicon Establishes Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Zhongwei Changxin in Hunan, Covering IC Design and AI Software
A wholly owned subsidiary of CMSemicon (China Micro Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.) has been registered in Changsha’s Yuelu District under the name Zhongwei Changxin (Hunan) Technology Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB 10 million (~$1.4M) and Long Wei as legal representative. Its registered business scope includes integrated circuit design, chip and chip product sales, and chip design services, along with AI basic software development, AI application software development, and intelligent control system integration.
