Inspur releases Yuanbrain SD200 Ultra supernode AI server and HC2000 multi-compute unit
At AICC 2026, Inspur Electronic Information (IEIT Systems) released the Yuanbrain SD200 Ultra supernode AI server and the Yuanbrain HC2000 multi-compute unit. For the SD200 Ultra, the company says chip count rises from 64 to 128, memory and expanded storage reach 8TB and 64TB, and a single machine can host a 10-trillion-parameter model; it also reports all-to-all latency as low as 0.69 microseconds and that Kimi K3 inference runs more than three times faster. The HC2000 uses a high-density fully liquid-cooled rack with Directcom 2.0, supporting over 300 kW per rack and up to 256 AI accelerator cards.
