BeingBeyond releases Being-H0.8, the world's first implicit tactile world-action model
On July 28, 2026, BeingBeyond (智在无界), an embodied AI company founded by Peking University associate professor Lu Zongqing, released Being-H0.8, which the company describes as the world’s first implicit tactile world-action model. The model maps vision, touch, action, and future state changes into a shared latent space so robots can interpret and predict physical interactions. BeingBeyond says its training cost is about 1% of video-generation approaches, and the system is intended to support real-time robot control.
