Kangwei Vision Raises Nearly RMB 100M Pre-A Round for AI Compute Board 3D AOI Inspection
Kangwei Vision Technology has raised nearly RMB 100 million (~$14 million) in a Pre-A round, led by Nanjing Jingzhida Qingyuan Investment Fund and joined by Chuanshang Fund and existing investor Qingyuan Capital; CV Capital was the exclusive financial advisor. The Shenzhen company, founded in 2019, makes 2D+3D hybrid AOI and micro-hole inspection equipment for AI compute boards, serving PCB makers whose end customers include Nvidia, Google, and Huawei; it plans to expand annual capacity from 200 to 500 units and extend into advanced packaging and optical module inspection.
