State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power issues an 'AI Plus' three-year action plan and sets up a provincial key lab for power embodied intelligence
A three-year 'AI Plus' action plan from State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., a State Grid subsidiary, sets 2026 for foundational systems and 2028 for full leadership, with five digital backbones including computing, data, model and intelligent-hub centers. The company is also preparing to establish the Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Electric Power Embodied Intelligence Collaborative Technology for special-purpose power-scenario robots. The lab has received RMB 50.45M ($7.2M) so far and plans RMB 110M ($15.7M) over the next five years.
