Enterprise AI

Chinese enterprise AI has a shape of its own. State-owned enterprises in power, telecoms and transport commission vertical models and domestic inference systems; internet companies spin out AI subsidiaries with large registered capital; and startups sell on-device models, model hubs and identity infrastructure to companies that must run AI inside their own data centres. Government procurement and the preference for domestic hardware drive much of the demand.

Entries under enterprise AI include vertical model launches from state-owned groups, AI office platforms bundled with hardware partners such as HP, infrastructure startups reaching unicorn valuations, and corporate restructurings that signal a new AI push. We note the customer, the deployment scale and the hardware where disclosed.
