YuanKong Intelligence Releases On-Device AI Model Boxer and AI Office Platform, Partners with HP
At a September 3 launch in Shanghai, YuanKong Intelligence (元空智能), a Peking University-linked team, introduced a 35B-parameter on-device model called Boxer, an offline office platform called YuanKong AI Work, and a research agent called YuanKong AI for Science. The company says Boxer sustains over 700 tokens per second of prefill on a 40 TOPS consumer PC while using less than 8GB of memory. YuanKong also announced a partnership with HP China to preinstall the products on HP Z-series workstations.
