Zhihu affiliate establishes Beijing Zhizhe Tansuo Technology with 1.5 billion yuan registered capital for AI business

Beijing Zhizhe Tianxia Technology Co., Ltd., a Zhihu affiliate, incorporated Beijing Zhizhe Tansuo Technology Co., Ltd. on September 3, 2026. The new entity has registered capital of RMB 1.5 billion (about $214M), with Zhou Yuan as legal representative. Its listed scope covers basic and applied AI software development. Registered capital is a statutory commitment, not money raised.
