GREENJOY launches AI golf assistant using machine vision and shot data from 400,000 users

An AI golf assistant has gone live inside GREENJOY's GOLFJOY simulator platform. It draws on real shot data from more than 400,000 users and proprietary algorithms to quantify swing mechanics and offer improvement suggestions; the company describes it as a training aid, not a replacement for coaches. The simulator uses machine vision rather than Doppler radar and a proprietary camera capturing 2,500 frames per second, with parallel acceleration chips returning analysis for each shot in under 0.5 seconds. GREENJOY says GOLFJOY covered more than 170 cities and 500,000 users worldwide by mid-2026.
