TGOOD launches world's first prefabricated power substation for AI data centers and signs strategic agreement with Sugon
In June 2026, Qingdao TGOOD Electric Co., Ltd. released what it describes as the world's first prefabricated power substation for AI data centers, called Compute-Power Island (算电岛). The company says coordinated compute-power scheduling cuts token electricity costs by 30%, and the prefabricated design reduces substation construction time from 12–18 months to 150 days. Deployment status was not specified.
TGOOD also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sugon Information Industry Co., Ltd., indicating a shift from traditional power equipment toward AI infrastructure.
