Chaowei Dynamics closes over RMB 500M angel-plus funding round
SuperDynamics (超维动力), a Shenzhen embodied intelligence company, announced on September 11, 2026 an angel-plus funding round exceeding RMB 500 million ($71M). Investors in the round included Xiangfeng Capital, Fangguang Capital, and Wanshi Capital; earlier backers included Fenxiang Investment, Jade Bird Fire, and a SungHo Capital-led round. The company was co-founded by former Huawei Level 22 autonomous driving executive Yu Jie, HKU professor Luo Ping, and serial entrepreneur Zheng Cunyuan, and makes the KAI humanoid robot and KAI World Model.
