Zhiyong Kaiwu has closed a nearly $14M (RMB 100M) angel+ round, its third financing in a year, with existing investors Ruifeng Capital and Chuangxiang Investment joined by Luxshare Group’s family office and executive team. Founded by Guan Zhen, a 19-year Microsoft veteran, the company builds multi-agent “virtual factory workers” such as production schedulers, quotation officers and equipment maintenance engineers. No lead investor was named, and the company did not specify how the money will be used.
