Huawei Hubble

DiffuSpace (扩散智能), a Shenzhen maker of diffusion language models, has closed two rounds totalling tens of millions of dollars (several hundred million yuan), which it calls the largest funding for a diffusion language model company. Matrix Partners China, Shunwei Capital and Legend Capital co-led, with CAS Star, Huawei Hubble and Horizon Robotics also investing. The company says the capital will go to model training, vertical-scenario adaptation and infrastructure R&D, and that it will release a new open-source dLLM in October.

MoXin Technology is closing a roughly $143M (RMB 1B) round that would lift its valuation to nearly $1.43B (RMB 10B), from $571M (RMB 4B). Founded in 2021, it shifted from consumer 3D printing to spatial intelligence and world models in late 2024; this is its fifth round this year, second in a month. In July 2026, with Pan Yunhe Academic Team and Huawei Cloud, it released MoWorld, a 28B-parameter MoE flash world model on Huawei Ascend NPUs. New investors and use of proceeds were not disclosed.

Huawei Hubble, Orient Securities Capital, and Cowin Capital have backed 3D reconstruction company KIRI Innovations (麒砺创新) in a Series A round totaling tens of millions of dollars (hundreds of millions of yuan). The company says the funds will lower the barrier to 3D reconstruction, improve reconstruction clarity, and explore 4D dynamic reconstruction. Its consumer app Remy and professional tool KIRI Engine are in use, and Remy already partners with Insta360.
