Linge Venture Capital

Founded in May 2026 by A-share listed PCI Technology Group Co., Ltd. (600728), space-computing startup Yusuan Xinghe Technology has raised angel and pre-A rounds totaling about RMB 100M ($14M). Linge Venture Capital led, with Haizhu Chengfa Group, Qingxin Capital, Gaojie Capital, Knowledge City Group and Jifu Capital participating. The company says its focus is an on-orbit 'space-based large model' for training, inference and closed-loop processing of remote sensing data; it plans 24 computing satellites as an in-orbit AI lab with ADA Space and will offer MaaS and SaaS services.

A startup founded by Zhang Zaixi, Scinetics, has raised nearly RMB 50M ($7M). Yingnuo Kechuang Fund led, with Yijing Capital, Xiaomiao Langcheng and Linge Venture Capital participating. Valuation was not disclosed. The company is developing multimodal long-horizon reasoning foundation models for AI for Science built around its proposed "Science Token," starting in life sciences and later expanding to materials and engineering.
