Zelos builds industry's first L4 10,000-GPU cluster, APEX multimodal foundation model scales toward 100B-1T parameters
Zelos Technology CTO Zhuang Li said the company has built what it calls the industry’s first Level 4 10,000-GPU cluster, with total compute of nearly 15,000 GPUs, making it the first L4 autonomous driving team to reach that scale. The cluster supports its APEX multimodal foundation model as it moves from tens of billions toward hundreds of billions of parameters.
Zelos describes a vehicle-cloud loop that combines an onboard VLA model, a cloud VLA, and a safety-officer agent for closed-loop self-evolution. It draws on a fleet of 30,000 vehicles operating in more than 300 cities and 270 million kilometers of real L4 driving data, as Zelos shifts from a driverless-vehicle company toward a provider of “city-level physical AI” services.
