Yuntong Shuda raises RMB 40M Series B for AI traffic signal control

AI traffic management company Yuntong Shuda has closed a RMB 40M ($5.7M) Series B round joined by new shareholders Wenzhou Bay Investment, Jinchang Investment and Haina Huiju, with existing investors Daily Interactive and Huadan Capital increasing their stakes; no lead investor was disclosed. The company says the funds will go toward iterating its digital green wave and vehicle-road-cloud integrated products, deploying AI signal-control agents, and expanding overseas. Its digital green wave service now covers nearly 40 urban districts and almost 900 green wave roads.
